These are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.  These are LIVE animals and someone must be home to receive shipment.  If you are ordering a tower for the first time, we recommend you wait to order worms until your tower is setup and your compost column is ready to start.  We try our best to hold orders for 2 weeks after your Tower has shipped, but that isn't always possible.  

Meme's does guarantee live delivery but it comes with some IMPORTANT conditions:

• Meme's must directly receive notification of a dead shipment within 2 hours of delivery
• The worms must be placed in a shaded area and not in a mailbox. If this is impossible, please notify your postman or delivery person for them to be held at the office.
• Meme's will request a picture or short video accompanying your notification.
• Worms will need placed in appropriate bedding or compost column shortly upon receiving.  They should not be put in the fridge to wait for several days.
